What's going on here? Bots telling me to DM them

Seems like I get these comments on every one of my photos that have hashtags.

When I DM it is basically a chat bot. Does anyone know what bots they're using? As far as I know there aren't any popular bots out there that have a chat function, or is there?

It's an auto comment, likely hashtag targeted. Nothing else

One reason behind it is that when you're the one who starts the conversation, they only reply, which is actually safer than sending countless DMs randomly. Plus when you initiate a conversation, they know that you're active and possibly interested. They don't have to spam DMs this way. Maybe there's no chatbot available publicly, but private ones can exist easily.

When they DM you back with offer or whatever will not look spammy because you contact them.

Jarvee has a DM function where you can set the primary, then secondary replies to send
