Even today rankings are changing quick... links can take up to 2 weeks to take effect or more but have seen them work in a few days. This can be great because you'll know if you over-optimized much quicker than before so you can make the necessary changes
Even though you may actually be adding value to the thread, its a bit old. since 2015. we don't bump old threads on BHW
