How many messages can I send per day on Facebook Messenger?

Is there any difference when sending to personal accounts vs sending to pages?

I've read that's 150/day, theory is not always the same as the real world.

What's the best delays between messages?

It’s around 150 per day. The good thing is that Facebook won’t shadow ban you.

They’ll warn you first. You can test send your messages to other accounts you own to make sure they’re inboxing in the right way.

For messaging, I want to say yes and no. So, think of it like this:

If you were looking at spam reports on the backend and you see a 2 month old account sending 100 messages per day, what will you think?

You’ve gotta be a little bit more clever with FB & meta based social media platforms. Not that you can’t skirt the rules, if you know what I mean.

I’d say go with aged accounts if you can.

I think messaging FB Business pages will lead to a good inbox rate in comparison with messaging personal accounts.

I've think of it like this:

Businesses want people to message them to get leads/sales... In comparison with personal accounts.

It's about 150 but if I were in your shoes, I would message around 80-100 people to avoid any issues, i.e., Shadow ban or even permanent ban because of spam. Additionally, I would use a 4G proxy to keep my IP address safe too.

If your friend sends too many messages to strangers like that, they will be banned by facebook because of spam
