What's cheapest proxy/VPN service ?

Hi I'm looking for proxy/VPN service that's allows me to chose country and give me random IP address each time,
I don't mind if this IP is shared with multiple users, since I'll use it to manage accounts that not related to mega corp (e.g FB google)
I don't want prepared IP's list, or have that IP exclusive to me,
+ I don't mind low connection speed even it goes downs as 512Kbps

I used to use SurfAnonymous, years ago. Many years ago. I haven't kept up with it to know if it's still around or if it's still working, but I used to use it to evade bans when I used to hack online games, many, many years back. It worked pretty well back then. Just make sure you DYOR, scan it with VirusTotal, etc., if it's still a thing. Again, I haven't used it for probably about 15 years (or more) so I can't really speak to the integrity of the team behind it. Perhaps it's flawless, but perhaps it's not. Always, always, always DYOR.

I check it, their 1$ looks promising, even 1 user account (with multiple changed proxies) were enough for me

I use to have similar FF addons it was good enigh for use it to manage Paypal accounts

We use webshare.io for our article scrapers, they have a built in rotator. They are the cheapest and highest quality after testing many different providers.

You can check the marketplace of course, many proxy providers out there with very economic price range for shared proxies. Also following because I'm curious to know if the accounts worked with shared IPs on the platform you're going to use.
