I am asking if it is better to redirect the client to the cpa offer using domain or it is better to let them on my landing page and click button to redirect into the cpa offer

If your audience is already hyper targeted you might be better off with a cloaked redirect to the CPA offer. The offer's landing page should be good enough to convert. Making another landing page would only lower your leads.
But in most cases you want to make a GOOD landing page.
No lander is better than a shitty lander. Don't scare away your leads.

Don't use templates unless you don't have the knowledge or money to create one from scratch yourself or by hiring someone.
