Whats better for SEO something[to]something.INFO or something[2]something.COM

as the tittle says whats would you recommend? some people say the .info's are not good for seo but idk if the [2] would harm iwant to get a EMD any suggestion would be helpful.
 
I think you'll get a wide variety of answers here... This is my take on the .info situation: Long-term they rank as well as anything else... short-term they don't tend to rank nearly as well as .com's.

Some people will give you completely different advice, this has just been my experience, and I have tested this out a bit. I'm sure others will disagree.
 
If I could get the EMD for my niche/main keyword then I'll always go with a .com the only time I'll do something different is if I want a co.uk
 
iwant to get a EMD but on .com is not avalable only if i put 2 unstead of TO and on .info is avalable with to unstead of 2 so iguess .com is good
 
EMD is god on Yahoo/Bing - I got Result #1 in 2 weeks for a competitive niche with exact-domain.us - EMD is nice on google, but isn't quite what it used to be. That same exact-domain.us took me 6 months to break page 1 of G.
