what's the better results on backlinks . do somes comments on blogs with target keyword in the money site or create articles in different forums and blogs.

Depends on niche but I prefer articles with unique quality content.

Both are equally good, Just avoid spam. You need to be little more careful when you are dealing with do f.ol.lo.w comment links, can use 301 as a wall for comment links.

You've not really answered the question there. No-one is disputing that backlink are needed to help you rank quicker. The question was, which type of backlink is more effective?

A healthy backlink profile should have a mix of different links. Articles will likely provide a bigger boost because, as others have said, they are contextual links that are generally more powerful.

However, decent (i.e not spammy) blog comments that actually offer some value ( not just 'i like your blog post, it is good.') have their place as well.
