What are some of the best products/offers to promote by using youtube comments. I've been doing a few and made a couple dollars but hard to find offers and right offers at that.

Promote either CPA offers or affiliate products (Clickbank, Jvzoo, Rapbank...).

There are no BEST offers to promote via commenting. Thanks to spam it is getting harder for people to get results from just commenting randomly on videos. You can try PPD or just by commenting your site on niche related videos and such still getting traffic.
