what's best autoresponder software that also offers popup forms?

I want a very cheap software preferably free, I tried mailchimp but the popups require some complex processes to be added to your site and it doesn't seem to offer an autoresponder on the free plan

I use thrive leads(nulled) and integration with aweber(which is 20€ a month) ....if my shit works I’d like to change to Infusionsoft.....but for the moment this is the cheapest/reliable option I have found
