Whats App Group Creation/Adding

I'm looking for help with creating large whats app groups 100k+ members

I've in the region of 100k numbers to start off with which I would like to add to a group.

If any one can be of assistance

The maximum size of a whatsapp group is 256 members.
Good luck creating and managing more than 400 groups at the same time.
