MassPlanner is #1, but i am using this one because it is one time payment and you have email support all the time (if needed).
Currently posting on 1000+ groups from many fb profiles.

we offer email support at all time as well, as for the one time payment, well we don't have that for now, though the monthly cost should be low enough for everybody to afford.

Lately FB have become strict on posting to groups. Once I was able to post to 300 groups a day per FB profile, but now the number is much lower.

How many profiles do you use to post on 1000+ groups per day?

8 profiles for now, about 100-150 groups per profile.
