the only thing that gives an answer for this is religion , sadly it's 7 years now since i discovered that all religions are fake and human made
i really wanted to have a better afterlife than my miserable actual life , but i 99.99999% doubt it exists ...
You need to do a better research and find better resources .. don't give up

My grandmother died on Tuesday. Her husband, my grandfather, passed away in 1999. She had extremely advanced Alzheimer's and dementia. Through all of that, the one person she always remembered was my grandfather. They were married for over 50 years. I am not a religious person at all, but I like to think that they are together now somewhere, happy and aware.

You will be in a state like sleeping (you won't feel the time), one day God will call all of us and judge everyone. A bunch of people will go to hell, others will go to heaven. This is based on your karma so do good more than bad and don't wrong other people and you'll be fine .
