Whats a Safe number to post on Scrapebox

many will get caught as spam. many will sit in moderation for a long time, if not forever. many that actually get posted will never get indexed.
you could probably spam a site relentlessly and never harm it. don't get me wrong, though. great program. i've spammed it a lot and never had trouble.

It depends on the age of your website, and how many backlinks it currently has.
I have my sites for about 7 months and another over 3 years( real estate one ) I am trying to rank high on condos south beach in google for my real estate web site I see my competition is a PR3 I have about 30 links coming from pr 4 5 n 6 how many more would I need to get on top any suggestions ?

If you do massive link spam, not matter what others will telll you, that site will get in sandbox, after it let the sandbox, it will rank better. In general, you do not have to do sb direct to your money site, but if you do not have any trouble to be in sandbox for a time ( usually it is 2 months ) , it is ok.
I even did it with a youtube video that I upload it, it was ranking good, I did a blast for 1 weeks ( may be no more than more than 2000 autoaproved back links ) and that link went to sandbox for a month, then, it ranked better than before the sandbox.

so if i linked 10K site will I get sandboxed ??? I am ranking 3 on (Property south beach) keyword the site i am trying to rank is propertysouthbeach.coooom there this site that come in second that has nothing to do with real estate and has nothing on it called gatorfever somthing . why ?? uhh gets me irritated .
