Whats a safe desktop wallet?

Well do I need to put any personal information or sign up for any of them? Can I just open the software put in the key and how much I want to send and that it?

No personal info should be needed for ANY wallet.

No name - no information asked ( bitpay have email support for trax , for incoming and outgoing trax you will get a mail. )
I am using all these. I have some time switch wallets with the key,
In all these, I just have to put my key and can access my funds.
