I need just an empty VCC to complete some trial offers. Where can I get one for free?

Will I? I just need a valid VCC. It won't get charged anything. The offers are free so it can be empty.

You can't complete trial offers with an empty VCC.

Damn. Well do you know then of any VCCs I could load like $2 on to via Payza? Or Moneybookers?
