Anyone know a good free VPN provider? I basically want to change my ip.

I was going to try cyberghost but they host from germany i need something in the u.s

is hide my ass provides fixed ip address or continuos every time new ip address, since strongvpn gives fixed ip address and we have to use like dynamic what is the use when location is same and if we want to change for another location then it is limited, is this hide my ass no limit to change ips
 
i use hma, but if your doing "sensitive" work you will want to proxy chain and avoid hma.

I managed to use the harvester with it as well, you can set up HMA to change IPs every x seconds (min 30), so I did that and let SB run and every 30 seconds it'd flip to a different IP so the harvester would continue to run. It's not perfect, but it works fairly well.

Now I'm sure they wouldn't like you using it for such purposes, but I'm sure many many do.

I use Hidemyass too.

Just set to change your ip address every 10 minutes with random 10 nearest servers.

for 11,5 $ a month it's a very good price
