What's a good setting for follow for Jarvee?

I heard instagram made changes recently that is currently affecting jarvee follow

I guess no one knows nowadays, like I used to do 600like & follow a day with no problems but now i keep getting follow action block even with 300 follow a day, with pause and everything

Stay bellow 200/day when your account(s) are already warmed and don't do follow-unfollow at the same time.

Hopefully you will find this helpful.
Edit: I should mention that the 2nd suggestion was for aged accounts. I did ask them for clarification about that.
