i'm thinking of buying this Youtube account from a friend. What should I offer him?

It is all about how much money these stats make. Revenue differs from a niche to another so views counts can't be interpreted into money without having earnings history.

If these views are targeting a niche like forex or any high paying niche where the target viewers can be converted into leads (adults with credit cards etc..) then it's easier to monetize than a niche targeting minors or freebie seekers.

Ahh okay. It's a musician's youtube channel, so it's basically just all of his music videos.
 
$20 to $30, it would depend if the channel was booted or not. Nobody wants fake subs.
