I use and recommend MyDigitalDispatch. It doesn't have a built in affiliate program if you are looking for one that does. If you go to the order page and try to leave you will get an exit popup with a better offer than the sales page.

E-junkie is so simple - you can't beat $5 a month, can you? I like them a lot. But then I'm not a coder guy so for me it's just easier to work with them.
