Whats a fair amount to pay a freelancer per Reddit comment?

Try to fit a certain number of comments within an hour then pay what is a decent hourly rate per the worker.
If the commenter account (in case you don't provide them) has high or very high karma, that comes with extra added value.
After all is all about negotiating a fair price for both.

There is no "fair rate". There's only what you're willing to pay and what people charge for the job. You have to ask around a bunch of people and see what numbers they come up with. Start a thread in the hire a freelancer section.

That would be the right price for someone using a bot to comment. Manual comments are time consuming and more human like because you can even follow up with the comment thread.
