What's a Facebook Fan Page Worth?

Is there any standard calculation for the value of Facebook fan pages? I am currently in the process of buying one but I am unsure of how to decide if their bottom line is a fair price or not. The page in question:

Mostly photo posts
100k + fans
75-150 likes per post
25-75 comments per post

There are also many pictures with thousands of likes and hundreds of comments.

Even if this isn't particularly a good deal, are there any general tips to follow when scouting a good deal on a fan page?

From what I have read and researched the going price is something like $0.01 per fan like on a fan page.

With this, the fan page should cost you around $1000.

If you are looking for more fan pages then let me know...
 
It also depends on what niche the fan page is. Celeb, humor, etc. What niche is it?
 
This particular page is practically softcore porn, just a bunch of half naked women pictures and all that sort. The fans are real and I would assume they all are since there is a decent level of activity all the time.
 
Doesn't seem like the page is getting as much interaction as it should.

100k likes and only 75-150 likes per update is not very many. One of my pages has 8k likes and gets 150+ likes per update.

I would value your fan page a little less then normal because it doesn't seem like it has as much interaction as it should. Maybe lots of fans are fake.
 
Nevermind, I didn't pay much attention. The stats I gave were for non-photo posts and the photo posts were all xxxx likes and xxx commets. Not sure if it helps but for "talking about this" the number is almost half of the total fan amount.

What would you say a fair market value is for this example group?
 
Unless it is in a high earning niche with mostly US fans I would only pay around $150 for it. I have bought and sold many different pages before and I must say that is a very inactive page you have there.

I have one page with just over 200k fans that got over 50k likes on one photo 3 posts ago and over 13k likes on an update I made last week! I have valued that page at $800 and have had a lot of interest in buyers wanting it so $150 is a good starting value for your page I assume.
