MVB PRO they have a bst here. Best YT bot for uploading.

If you're looking to get a YouTube bot you might want to be more specific since there are many bots that has many different functions.

Zennoposter would be good for advanced browsing options, pair this with a giant ip pool of private isps and you are golden for views. Oter bots can upload or download based on your needs, but I ainly use zeenoposter for my web automation process (I can code it to look more naturally human).
