I think there might be a similar post to this too, if you do a search you might find more info, but, I like the following programs

Scrapebox
SENuke(I don't use it anymore but I used to)
Market Samurai
Tweet Attacks Pro
OCommunity Suite
Yahoo Answers Attacks

Those are the ones I currently use. Hope it helps!
