My personal opinion, I hate blogs with infinite scrolls.

Pages. Makes things so much more accessible. Someone who remembers the time a post was made can easily find it after comparing the dates on some pages. Someone wanting to see what your very first posts were can also do that on pages, but it's impossible, or just dumb difficult, for infinite scroll.

For me, I have something similar
My homepage, is a collection of "top thing", "Recent things" & "featured things".
I give a limit of post of each one and they change constantly.
My homepage also isn't my "main landing page eithre" but rather my inner pages.
I personally find infinite scrolling homepage to be crappy.

Let's compare it with the search engines. Google & Bing prefer pagination while Duckduckgo has infinite scrolling. Google would've considered it at some point but dropped the idea based on their user data. This suggests that a lot of users don't prefer infinite scrolling. Leaving it aside, some users want a sense of completion when they visit a webpage. If they can't see footer, they feel empty inside and don't visit the site again for psychological reasons. So, you should choose pagination when you have an option.

Pagination is what I prefer.
BTW as mentioned above by @xReminisce a custom homepage with categorised sections is also a good option.

Infinite Scrolling makes the user stay longer on your web page, and so increases user engagement.
Scrolling is Better Than Clicking also it's Good For Mobile Devices.
And
Pagination is a good conversion for Google search results.
Pagination is good for e-commerce sites and apps.
The choice depends on type of your product and how you want to deliver content.

If you´re running a blog and rely on organic traffic from search engines paginating your site´s pages is the best alternative for you.

No one really link infinite scroll, having pagination would be helpful. Just think once how your user reach your footer?

Create a home page like xReminisce Suggested or check other blogs.
Create a blog page like with pagination page1 , 2 etc.
Add blog page to the menu.
Also add resource pages, contact , about , and legal pages.
This is the minimum you wanna do else your blog will look like an "in progress/under construction" blog , to both google and visitors.
Golden nugget:
To speed this up just use Astra premium stater blog starter website or elementor pro blog website or something similar.

Adding my 2 cents:
I use a button that says "Load more posts", when you click it, another 2 posts are shown.
Infinite scroll means that the mobile phone user needs to see all the posts before getting to the footer which is not user friendly at all.
I decided against pages with numbers because that messed up the URL and I do not want that to mess my SEO in the future. I do not know if it will. Just cautious.

From the UX perspective, I think dividing articles by pages would be a much better solution, as infinite scroll can be really annoying and hard for navigation through the blog section.
