Hi,

I'm trying out some different WP themes and would like to know what experience you've had as well. As I'm just in start up process I would like to know which themes you consider the best and the respective CTR if you're willing to share.

I'm trying to get a general overview of which themes are considered Adsense optimised. Some of the themes I've seen as "adsense-optimised" are really clumsy and ugly as well, and I doubt they actually produce the results that are claimed.

when you are going for CTR theme, you really do not need the nice look, but you'll want ones that make visitors "click" ads more.

Clickbump ($57), Heatmap theme pro ($70), prosense (free), CTR theme ($20 for BHW members), are the most considerable after personal custom themes.

I heard google is slapping all the Xfactor's adsense theme,so definitely avoid those.

I use Thesis and Socrates.

Why do you believe what you heard while you have never use it? It still works well.

I'm using Thesis - however I'm not getting a great CTR at current. This may be down to my ad placing though, rather than the theme it's self.

CTR theme is good too... the owner give us 75% discount for it. go and buy it!

The best Theme I found for Adsense that looks Good, and drive people to the ads lol. is seoAdmax .

I got about 4.5 to 7 % ctr on it. I think this is pretty good.

Google it, it is free. I found the creator's website, where he explains how to customize things, so if you need it, PM me and I will send it to you.

Heatmap is good. There is also one called Boring Memo which I use a ton. You will need to google it as I don't remember who designed it - it is free.

I find 2010 Weaver, a theme based off the new default WP, to be really great and customizable.

Works very well for me.

I also use the Thesis theme. But since I'm still in the back-linking process, I won't know how my CTR will be. But again, I think it's how and where you place your ads that will increase your CTR.

I just bought the CTR theme and have uploaded to 2 of my blogs and it looks promising,... will let ya know if it turns my low ctr sites to highier ones.
