The theme is the free default WP Twenty-Ten theme. It is installed by default when WP is installed.
 
okay i want to use this one, but i need to modify it, to make it look alike.

how ca i put the adsense add on that spot? is there an special pluging.

You'd be surprised how many websites leave the theme with its default name. All it takes is an easy "right click > view page source".
 
Y there is many plugins for adsense: you can use: Easy AdSense ,All in One Adsense and YPN, Easy AdSense, Simple Adsence.

Remember not to post advertisements in every post to maintain a higher click through rate. Use good unique content and put your ads above that. Do this once a week for a new article and then link build to those articles on your website. Then ping those new articles, and ping the articles that contain link juice to your money site.

it looks good for me, i think that article is copied maybe someone can tell you if its original, i dont have a way to tell you.
