What would you suggest?

I have one website for my cleaning business, and I want to increase my organic ranking for certain keywords that relate to my business. What I'm looking for is suggestions on what tools to use and methods? I've used Sick Submitter before, but I have no idea if I was using it right.

I am fairly new to using tools and black hat methods, but have quite a bit of experience building via white hat methods. It can be very time consuming and for sure alot of work.

Do you have any experience with SEO?
