What would you invest in?

Coin operated car wash.
Laundromat.
Pizza shop.
Sandwich shop.
Ice cream shop.
Exotic cars.

I'd go with real-estate. I think its a pretty good time to buy, plus, you can rent it out for a passive income.

gold
silver
corn

corn is interesting China had been a net exporter now they are a net importer - with most used to feed animals for consumption

so I would be buying that on any pullback for the long term - as their demand will only rise.

There is a tonne of talk today that Gold and Silver are really going to take off over this europe issue and the constant USA entitlement landmine .. so while I would feel safer in corn ... buying some of the other on pullbacks wouldn't be so bad either.

Lastly I would accumulate web properties with good domain names because the web is becoming a must have now - especially compared to Cable TV/magazines and other older mediums

goodluck and usual risk disclaimer

I would think Buying a house and renting it would be a pretty good idea, many people right now are looking to sell houses because of the economy and most people just want to rent not buy, so this could be good for you. But I would also look at what your interested in doing maybe invest in something that could make you money and would be fun for you to do so it isn't just work but your still making money.

And you can invest too in domaining. Buy some very good domains with natural traffic. Win some passive income whith ads and sell the domains x2 or x3 in 10 years ;)

Ok I have some money doing nothing in my business account and since inflation is at around 5% I'm losing money daily so what in the current climate do you think is a good investment?

none of the above, i worked with most.

there is no (ok, rear cases) bonds or real estates or similar investment that can have annual ROI 100%+ with low risk.
this means that you get your investment back in a year, plus you have a steady passive income.

but, there are plenty on (google it) flippa
word of advice - pay an expert to follow/recommend your bids

I'd say either buy a house to rent out or look into a stock broker. Getting into stocks by yourself is way too risky if you aren't doing it full-time, and even if you did start doing it full-time, you'd just be a small fish in a big pond.

If you do buy a house and rent it out, know that it takes a lot of work. My grandfather was into this business and a lot of weird shit happened. He rented out a lot of upper-middle class homes and a lot of low class homes and some crazy stuff would go down. He rented out one of his low class homes to a Hmong kid who was fresh out of college. A few months in, the kid brought his parents and grandparents over from the mountains in Asia and they slaughtered and roasted animals in the living room and pissed and shat all over the floor. It was fucking insane haha.

well my goal would be to generate a very nice passive income :)

a very important rule is "only invest into stuff you understand" i would go a step further and say "only invest into stuff you have mastered"

this will be see safest and also the most rewarding investment
so if you are good at internet marketing why not invest into it?

if you don't want to invest into IM i would say real estate but seems like you are living in england which is one of the more expensive ereas in the world ^^
but if you have anoth cash buy a few flats (which decreases the risk) and rent them out

Buy an established website that is actually making a
good profit monthly. Work on it, promote it more, scale it up,
give it some time and you should make your investment back
plus bonus profit.

Now is not the time to buy property. It has not bottomed out. Buy Precious Metals, hold for a few years, then borrow against it when it is a more legitimate asset to buy property at the real bottom. If the property is cash flow positive, you just got yourself a free rental property, and you keep your metals.

This is the road to true wealth.
