You can keep both sites by hiring people to do the job with the other site. You can outsource other tasks. With this, you free yourself from doing tasks for the other site while the flow of incoming money is continuous; at the same time, you continue on maintaining the site that you?re passionate about. If you love what you do and you?re doing your best on it, positive result will follow and that is -- success.

Train an assistant. Let him/her do one of the jobs (vertically) or to run your on line business for both jobs while you keep doing what you do offline for both jobs (horizontally).

I will focus on the money work around things which will bring me a lot of money

Do you know anyone in person that could make the products for you if you show them how to do it? Maybe give them a commission depending on the difficulty (keep in my mind they may not have the same passion for it as you so they may look at it differently).


I say go for the more profitable work as that will be helpful in the long run then you could invest some of those extra profits into REALLY getting your passionate niche based work out there. Don't keep all your eggs in one basket though. Try to figure out a way to mediate them both if possible -maybe put most of the work into the one that will be more fruitful. It may be more boring or more harder but hard work sure pays off in most cases.
