What's the best way to deal with rats those who constantly leak your businesses stats copy content, or expose insider tactics ?

The first thing a business needs to prepare is to keep information confidential, top secret information should only be reserved for long-term and trustworthy employees
If you can't trust them, don't promote them
If those people are promoted and become corrupt, the only way to deal with them is to use restraint, first stop the damage

That means the business owner himself/ herself is incompetent as he/ she cannot hire the right people or screen them well I guess.

Yeah, that sucks. First thing I’d do is lock down who has access to what—only share the important stuff with people you really trust. If someone already leaked info, try to fix whatever damage you can and maybe even talk to a lawyer if it’s serious. Giving loyal team members a small cut of the business can also help keep them committed and less likely to backstab.
