What would you do?

My native language is not English. I'm using a translator and apologies if something doesn't make sense.

After a few days consuming content from this forum.

I have a few things and I would like your opinion if what I have is good or bad.

1st I have an expired domain in my niche with DA 10+ but low DR 0.9. The links are relevant and contextual.

2nd I found a site where I can promote the products and receive backlinks, the domain is of very high authority but the service is still not widely used. My first post is already on the first page and less than 48 hours ago google indexed it too.

3rd I found an expired domain with DR +30, TF 14, DA 40 and RD +400. Used to be a news site, it's not indexed anymore, but the links seem to be fine.

I already have an online store and am doing separate SEO work. I don't want to risk my source of income.

The idea is to set up a new store with this domain, register all products in this marketplace and use this news site for "PBN"

Is this the best idea? would you do something different?
