What would you do?

Hey Guys,

I really need some advise,
Currently doing 15-20 orders a day with dropshipping.

But the ONLY problem is the supplier
I really don't trust her.

I have orders from january still not shipped, not even picked up
So i checked almost all orders, and some are shipped and delivered in 7-10 days.

So i opened a despute for the orders that weren't shipped, she said she will send them all, and asking me to remove the despute so she could ship them. So i did.

Some trackings now work, but a lot still don't.

So i send her messages to fix the problems, she said she will check one by one.
She gives short reply's with emoiji's. Whatever

I went out to look for other suppliers, but they are all the same
Auto messages and shit.

I really want a supplier that cares and reply's fast and does what he/she promises to do.
If i can find another supplier that would fix the shipping problem, that would be a good solution.

If i could work with an agent that would be nice, but the problem is i have a lot of colors and sizes
And you need to have 30-50 orders a day i heard from someone.

Or do you think i'm not patient enough? This is my first time doing a lot of orders. So i don't know everything.

Any advise?

The biggest issue with Aliexpress is many sellers are actually dropshippers themselves and not an actual supplier.

With Aliexpress the first thing I do is sort by order count and stick with those listings. There's a better chance that seller is more professional than someone who is undercutting for sales and with little to no orders.

You're dealing with a middleman. Find someone at the source!
