What would you do?

This website is advertising the same design like me, and on their site, their description is the same as mine I came up with. They are advertising on FB the same image and description. I understand it's competition but come on twist it up a bit! I contacted Shopi fy, and they don't do shit and sent them a cease and desist letter and nothing. FB d said they would look into it and nothing. Customers on my post will say "I purchased from another website" They will email me and say "I never received this item" It's from the other company that is why. They do have a big website and on the BBB for shitty reviews.

I have never been the type to do blackhat shit but I feel like they are getting carried away. What would you do to this competitor?

Happens all the time. I receive daily emails from people asking me where are their products when i never sold them. I just ignore, nothing you can do

Have you tried directly contacting your competitor? Did you send proof that your site/design/description was up longer than the competitor's when you filed a complaint with shopify and FB? I'm only asking to make sure you're giving them enough evidence to back your claim.

I can tell you're trying your best to be civil and diplomatic before snapping to a point of saying "We're the original and they're just a copycat" on your site. lol
