What would you do with free land?

I'm not into killing life of any kind, so fish and cricket are out.
For fish, You can breed and sell them to aquarium hobbyists, your job is to try and keep them alive (its quite the task sometimes lol). Very profitable if you can find a good chain of clients though.

Put "Trespassers will be shot" signs all around it, soon your neighbors will copy you, and voilà, you have just started America 2.

Okay, that sounds better in my ears. But killing and capturing for life is still not music in my soft millenial ears. Even though I think that there are places where these fish can live a fantastic life.
On a side note: Do you know about the European and American eel all breeding in the Sargasso Sea? One of those little wonders in life!

I would have grown weed and mushrooms ....good money bro...

Sure thing. Until you have a baton up your ass. No need to buy an ice cream truck just because you like ice cream.

Dog shit is the land mine of the 21st century.

I know its late, but as the thread is allready revived:

How about setting up/renting out the land for micro homes? There is currently a movement towards micro living where people build/buy tiny houses, a lot of them on wheels, to live cheap and/or off grid. Check if there is a market for this in your area. It would take little investment and you cound get some decent monthly returns without much work while still keeping the land in an ok condition for future sale.

If don't have any experience in this field, do absolutely nothing and sit on it.

You can cultivate pearls on your land. You will earn a lot from this
and there will be no crowd of people.

Literally plant some food there. It's really soothing for you to see some plants and yielding it.
