What Would You Do With An Email List?

Hi everyone, just wanted to get some ideas!

So I've been in the dropshipping business for about 3 years now. I had one store within the female fashion/accessories niche which got me to around 90k email subscribers - which may sound like "a lot" but I'm actually struggling at the moment. To be honest, sales haven't been great since COVID happened, so I'm wondering if there's any other way I can utilize this email list to earn some more money? Any ideas?

I've only emailed my customers once or twice a month in the past just to announce sales/discounts. But now the thing is, I'm no longer so keen on getting more orders because international shipping has been SO stressful. I get complaints about late shipments more than anything nowadays. Help!

So I guess what I'm trying to ask is - what would you do with this email list given the circumstances above?

I would try to find a fast shipping (10 days max) AliExpress product, make a really nice/modern store and start mailing the list like once every 3-5 days.

Thanks for your input @tapthat The supplier I worked with exclusively had the 10-Day Delivery shipping method but I found that this is not 100% accurate. It takes about 20 days on average which doesn't reflect well on my end. COVID being a major issue makes it even harder to ship items to certain countries. This is why I'm not so excited about getting orders anymore

Try finding a chinese agent (if you have something to spend) or maybe find suppliers that are based in the usa by using cj dropship.

BAsed on the email list niche. You can promote aff products, provide service.
They ways are many.

You have a lot of subscribers. I would try cpa marketing. Depending on the country of your subscribers you can make good money.

Thanks for the tip, @sudoref3k! It's going to be hard finding another supplier. They personalize items according to my brand and I've established a good relationship with them throughout the years. But we'll see... Right now, I'm looking for ways on how to use my email list.

Hi there! Thanks for the reply! Most of my subscribers are in the US, CAN, and AUS. Not sure where to begin with CPA Marketing... Would you happen to have some recommendations/tips for an absolute beginner? Thanks!
