You can start by reading books on a Kindle or your PC/ Laptop to get an idea about various things. (FOR FREE) Other than that, you need to provide a bit more information about yourself and your background to get some precise advice/ ideas regarding what you can do.

Honestly you’re better off trying to make money first, with very little or no investment. Because money in itself is very difficult to invest and get a good ROI.
Really you need the skills and successful ventures first, then money can help you scale that up.

Keep $200 in a safe place. Based on your skill(s), get a job as a VA and polish your "future". If you are good, you can get from $400 per month. After 1 year of hard work, you will have a skill + some capital (money may dissappear fast, but you will still have that skill).
If you do that, on March 2nd, 2026, you will have a good start.

Bruh, it depends... Ok let me ask you something... Would you be willing to cold call companies all day to sell services, for example. The starting capital is often not the issue. There are tons of ways to start with $0. The real issue is implementation and consistency

I will advise you that since you have less usdt. Therefore, you should stay away from digital investment. Because there is a possibility of loss in digital investment. You should invest in a product or commodity that will not be wasted and your capital will never be lost.
