What benefits do Jr vips get? Is there a private forums with unsaturated methods or something? Or is it purely ornamental?

No method is saturated. People just want to be told how to do something exactly. Think outside the box, use the basic idea of the method and add your own ideas.
If you can't make money with the methods available in the non VIP area what makes you think you will with the private ones.

I mean no offence by this - but If spending $100 is worth creating a thread about for you then Jr Vip is probably not something you should be getting.
There is no magic button in there that will make you money - the only reason anyone should be buying jrVip is if bhw has made them enough money that $100 a year is worth it to say "thanks" to the owners.
If you are serious about IM the only real answer to your question is that you should reinvest it.

A good idea, but I believe she does not meet the requirements. 60 days as a member and 100 posts in the forum. I say go ahead and buy some domains, some articles, and create yourself some income.

Buy some domains and cheap but reliable hosting, and start building affiliate, Adsense, CPA etc niche sites, after studying the methods discussed on BHW. Or, buy just one domain plus a free host or shared hosting (like Hostgator), and use the rest to buy GSA SER or Scrapebox.
