Surprisingly, only a handful of rappers in the world of hip-hop, produce their own beats. So, one can learn to create beats for rappers.
There are lots of softwares available for creating rap beats (you can Google for these). These softwares are known as DAW (digital audio workstation) and it is used to record, edit, and produce beats.
This business can be done completely online and if one is able to create nice beats and able to effectively market the service(s), then thousands of (US) dollars per month, can be earned this way.

IT firms are booming in my country, and most of them have more demand than what they can supply (they don't have enough coders).
A lot of these firms would then proceed to find freelance coders for some projects where they don't have enough in-house people to work on them.
I used to find, train and manage freelance coders for these firms. Took a good commission from each.
I helped to ensure that the companies don't have to spend time finding a 'good enough' freelancer, as I've already gone through the 'bad ones'.

Maybe something with AI like create a useful plugin. For example a WordPress plugin that analyses your post and makes suggestions on the fly about grammar, tone, article flow. More advanced features that are useful for marketers and SEOs like automatically finding other relevant articles on your website that can be linked to, automatically creating pillar/cluster ideas based on keyword data. Stuff that is actually valuable.
I was recently making 40k GBP doing paid ads for a small business - it was basically on autopilot and I touched them like once in an entire year, got fired for a different reason but that was easy money because it was profitable for the business.
If you can code, AI and automation is massive right now - if you can automate small tasks for businesses you can easily sell that. Another example from myself, I made a few small apps using the Electron.JS framework to automate the creation of Adobe Illustrator print / cut files for a small workshop where with a simple prompt they could enter details and click a button - then some scripts would run and they would get their output without needing to do anything.
AI is probably going to take over junior devs jobs in the next 10 years so make hay while the sun shines.

you need to gain market to sell those stuff and gain traction and people's interest.
the only thing that can make something easy is when opportunities meet when you have the right circumstance(exp,skillset).
