Wow you guys are funny, creative, kind and very helpful..You're right.. I should email and say...

Look dude we are not buddies this is business the rules have changed... pay me or loose the content and concept whic is mine.. but

1. That is a threat
2. He knows I am pissed and can create his own plan to ******** me
3. He is never gonna pay
4. Telling him to pay up is futile he wont.

What would be good is to say.... Look mate I gave you an income...none of it was you..you then called me pathetic... you then had a cosy catch up with my ex...if you can sleep at night you are a sick person...

Some ideas here have been really sly... and that is possibly best... if I just take the site down that will make him soooo pissed i might end up confronting him...beating his face to a pulp and then getting the sack when he grasses on me....

What you have done is not make me feel like some phsyco path for being angry and shown me that controlled angst is justified and so is action...

Sometimes when you ******** someone off....the worst part is wondering if they are gonna do anything...
YOU ARE STILL TOO KIND FOR DOING THIS
It's your work, make it's your money!
If you email him, bastard like him will prepare to take some action trick to take over those sites, he will trick you by asking some asshole sorry, Believe me, I know someone like him.
Do some silent action to take over the serp and make money, then no more money for him, let him take complaint from his customer.

Got it.... ok

love you guys...

passwords changed whilst i decide :)

If you do *no follow etc your idea GENUIS...again

Will that just de index.. next time g crawls?

the url is pretty good for the keywords anyway so thats half the battle... but are you saying your ********* the robots txt idea just undoes all of that work.... if so... that is amazing... i have done nothing... must just be your competitors working harder than you... but I can help you rank back 1st for 2k..... if he goes for that... ill drop 5% in your paypal..

Your welcome... as a buddhist.. just consider this his due karma for causing suffering. :)

When you reclaim the site for yourself, and start making all that extra cash, maybe with someone who deserves your love, then that will be your reward for not causing him to suffer.

Buddha would be pleased.

Just send him a professional email something like:

You created one good site for someone else and now you've learned a valuable lesson. Now move on and create some sites for you. Success will be your best revenge!

Step 1- Junk Punch
Step 2- Take over the site and make it yours
Step 3- Tell him to piss off!!

Personally id use mail order crabs they need only be sprinkled on his bedding or clothing which i assume would be easy to do if he works in same place as you, that way if he is fking ur ex and shares them with her then hes ruined and branded for life.

Much better to move on . . . . And use the situation as a motivator to become hugely successful. Success is the BEST revenge.

if you have full access to the site then why do you insist on saying that it's "his"?

what about the site makes it his other than the fact that you "gave" it to him?

the simplest solution here is to just change the passwords and swap the adsense over to your account.
and now the site's "yours". there's no need to just destroy the site for no reason.

Okay success is the best revenge etc etc BUT in this case it'll be a shame if he keeps hosting this guy for free and got peanuts for his hard work.
Moreover, try to lower the rank/take down the website is a revenge but he have at least the right (and the power) to share the income...

if you did all the work, i would take the site down . or maybe register the domain name as a trademark and sue him for 25k or maybe 100k

just chalk it up as a lose or take action..
another idea would be, to create a competitor site, with all the same keywords, but put SCAM at the end of the domain name.. so he loses traffic

What you have done is not make me feel like some psycho path for being angry

Oh, well, no need to worry about that I'd say.

From a certain point of view, you're just teaching him a valuable lesson:
"Don't be a douchebag, it's going to backfire".

Btw, must be quite a good page when your former friend could make a solid income with it; did you do a lot of linkbuilding, or just happen to find the correct keywords for a good niche? It's certainly helpful to see which ideas and methods do actually work...

Yep basic stuff good niche...and smart on page... few careful backlinks... he gets only 200 uniques a month but those are niche target long tail buying visits...not speculative... each sale makes between 200 and 1000 dollars plus referal business later once he has made the initial provision for them.

Still trying to figure if the no follow option would work as that is the most subtle... he will think that the work has stopped working... and need to pay me. But with such a well designed site even no follow might still be indexed.

put some badly cloaked content on his landing page and some size 1 text with his keywords and report him to google
