What would you do in this situation?

Long time lurker. But something I wanted to ask this community..

I've tried many Instagram tools such as Instagress, follow bots, likers, buying followers, buying likes, etc. None have really had much success to be honest with you.

However, I do own accounts with very original names and have had quite a lot of offers on them. I've never sold them because well, I do want to build them.

If you had lets say for instance, the account name @tshirts and you started from scratch with 0 followers, would you just do the follow / unfollow method or how would you go about building an account with an original name like that from scratch?

Never buy followers or likes. Just build your own followbase from the beginning.
Buyying fake followers + likes is a waste of money.

Id populate the page with high quality content and then begin doing the follow/unfollow
