    So I found a .com, .net and .org all available on an exact match domain name with incredible stats.
    Low competition
    40,500 Global searches
    22,200 Local searches
    $2.52 CPC

    The problem is, its a trademarked name plus 2 words {kw1Kw2kw3}
    kw1 (keyword 1) is trademarked

    if someone didnt know better, they would think that is the name of the HUGE name place

    What would you guys do? sell it (if so, how much)? use it for adsense? or walk away?

    I'm just thinking the same... I also found a keyword with available .com/.net/.org which is a name of a famous brand (clothes) + one of the products of the brand... the searches are not that good, but enough for me.

    What to do is the question.

    P.S. I actually have seen few websites with the same brand in the domain and even one of the websites outrank the brand's website itself in some niches, but it doesn;t seem problem as I see.

    Before you buy it, send an e-mail to whoever owns the trademark. Ask if you can make a site with the domain name you found. Say you will promote it and then ask for affiliate sales. It could basically go good or bad lol

    Or buy it and hope you don't get a C&D letter

    Or walk-away and never do anything, I recently gave away a similar domain on this forum that had 90k exact searches, but was trademarked.

    I don't have a million dollar operation at risk, so I'd just take it and go from there. If they don't like it, worse case is they'll want you to take it down. Easier for them to do that than make a bigger deal out of it.
