What would you advise a beginner to start with?

When I first started everyone was recommending Fiverr because most people made their first dollar with it, including me, but now I feel like it's saturated and isn't as guaranteed to make money as it once was.

So, if a beginner with 0$ and a lot of free time came to you and asked where to start, what would you recommend?

If fiverr is saturated, then head over to other micro-job sites like seoclerks and upwork. There are plenty of tasks you can do related to forum posting, q/a (quora/answers.com), website audits (using free tools), and much more..

Why is saturated? It is full of people who are trying to do arbitrage and are asking a huge price for a simple task but once you filter those people it will remain only genuine sellers.

If you have a lot of free time, maybe you should pick a skill to learn.

it'll take you a while with zero dollars, but you can start building parasites and save up your lunch money for a domain and web hosting. you can use the parasites to link to affiliate products in the meantime, and do SEO to those sites. amazon usually accepts anyone into their affiliate program. but they pay net 60 which is rough but doable. once you have a website, point those sites there.

Facebook I guess, because you can upload pics and videos of your works, and also get engaged in various related groups on Facebook. Trust me it works like magic.

Promote affiliate offers via spamming, and when you get your first profits start reinvesting to learn how to do efficient paid ads, and from there you can scale infinitely. Once you know how to sell, you're unstoppable.

I would suggest you to start with learning copywriting and WordPress site design. You can provide services or start your own site once you get good grasp in those skills.
