Hello,

We're struggling to find the best way to get new clients. Our service requires a particular customer, and mosts PPC will end up displaying ads to non-potential customers.
I know that our competitors rely mainly on google ads and barely any SEO; lately, I've been considering hiring somebody to set up google ads for us and do not use those agencies that automatically handle the credit for us.
Do you guys think that would be a better approach? Our budget is not the highest, at about 400 EUR per month.

Thank you.

Hey @Lomaus,

I'm sorry to see you didn't receive any responses to your question. I'll try to help you where I can.

I don't really know what kind of business you have, but it sounds like you have some kind of an idea of what to do about them; SEO is the chink in their armour. If they're not doing it or not doing it well, you may have that advantage over them. The forum is filled with great guides on the topic of SEO, so you can use that as starting point.

If they're not using social media to their advantage, that's yet another thing you can look into to beat your competition.

Something I once heard that really stuck with me was to look at what your competitors are doing and do better than them. For instance, they might be using Google Ads, but can you see a way to improve upon the ads they current have? Or, they may be using Google Ads, but are they featured in the local 3-pack (if you have a local business)?

knowing the service you offer would be a great help.

On the SEO note, I know of an industry where one company I worked with made all their sales on SEO, as no one in the niche was doing any (and still dont do much), its a mostly word of mouth grey area so they dont think to use SEO at all, and this site used no ads just SEO to get to 10k/week in sales.

You can hire some guy for this, your budget is also decent. You can scale up further when you start getting conversions.
