What would be easier to rank? A subdomain like this : subniche.niche.com or niche.com/subniche?

If niche.com is already getting good number of organic traffic, I'd go with niche.com/subniche.

Based on my experience, internal pages almost always rank better than a new subdomain.

You have to remember, for Google a sub-domain is treated like a different domain altogether so the flow of pagerank is lost/reduced.

Thanks a lot ... The thing is now I have a blogger site which I wanna rank in google therefore I wanna buy a domain .. My blogger gets 1000 visits from yt and se google kws and I wanna move it to a domain with subniche a so I think I will wait for some more answers and maybe will go with the site.com/susubniches thanks all again

Exactly what UltraLink said, better go with the subdirectory as with the subdomain you are starting from scratch
