What would be better in this case.

Hi hey, i wanna jump on the instagram escena, my plan is to grow 10 account within 5 niche, 2 account per niche. Would be better to grow all 10 account on separate niche or keep it as im thinking, my plan is to s4s the account with the most engagement later on.

Don't spread yourself too much. Try to stick to niches that inter relate between each other.
For example: cars, motorcycles, boats

Adding to the above, millionaire lifestyle, watches, food; just seem like a reach.

Think of it as a business. If your're a baker, you won't be making tacos, and burgers. And if you sell women's clothing, you won't be dealing with nude model pictures.
