What would be a resonable price for a site like this?

So I have a small niche site that I want to sell on flippa but Im not really sure how much should I ask for it. I don't want to overprice it but I def don't want to sell it for peanuts. So my questions is how much would a site like that worth?

Evergreen niche.
330Euro a month revenue from adsense.
All the traffic is organic.
There are plenty of CPA offers related to that niche that can be used for extra monetization.

How old is the site (How long have you been making money with it) Usually sites can sell for 10-24 x the monthly earnings. Your best bet would be to try and compare your site with other listings earning around the same monthly income and set your price around there.

I think the people in Flippa like PR and Alexa as well. if you can present it a way for people must buy from you, then you can sell it at a much higher price
