What would be a good membership site for IM users ?

Like a type of membership site that offers access to various tools to make blackhat and whitehat IM easier what tools should be included in the site ? Any ideas ?

There are 2 advertised here regularly, Blackhat University and DominateIM, but I am not sure about either of them.. go to their sites and check them out.. I think both offer money back g'tees, so check them out for a month and stay if you like them...

I have been membership with DominateIM allready, I am looking to start one not join one. I am allready in the process of one that I am going to write up some tutorials for noobs who join, I am looking for one for the more advanced IM users, like building tools and such.
