I tried everything and found provigil and adderall to be the best since I have ADD. And a simple pen and paper to keep track of tasks.

Close your personal social accounts, like Facebook. You should skip the adderall part, because it's basically tweaked amphetamines. You don't want to know how you feel like once you stop taking it; I haven't tried it, but I do have the best sources to claim this.

Your question doesn't really relate much with the content of your topic. You could still take provigil or such and still be a procrastinating ass :D Point is, in order to stop procrastinating, you have to realize that you are doing it while you are in your comfort zone. The best method is to force yourself 2-3 days working, and is going to be as hard as someone trying to quit smoking. But once you get yourself out of your comfort zone, you will feel addicted to work and being productive, in time. If you read this twice, you'll realize that I skipped a lot of steps in this process, but you can do it.

Procrastination is a bitch that loves you when you're wasting time. When you decide to turn your life upside down, you will need to learn when to take small breaks in order to keep your energy useful; but be careful! these breaks usually can extend to several hours or days, because as I said, procrastination is a bitch.

As hard as this sounds, we all try to do 40 goals at a time, which results in chaos. The sooner you choose and set 1 goal to finish and you do finish it, the sooner you see its benefits and the content of doing a job right, motivating you proceed with the next one; compared to not finishing any of those 40 goals you're trying to do in the same time.

Motivation. Not every person has the same motivations or the same way of perceiving them. We botch can watch a motivational video, one of us would feel like the world begins today, while the other feels to click the next suggested video on YouTube for some of those failarmy funny compilations vids. If you can't find your motivation, go out. Meet friends, discuss about plans, future, things you want to do, achieve ~ plans.

Or just go do a cold shower and start working.

Make 2 accounts on your computer, one normal account and one for working. Make sure on the work account theres no games and sites are blocked (Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) etc
