What work best with pinterest and adsense

Im on my way to build some decent profile on pinterest, i pretend to monetized this traffic using adsense. Im on the fashion niche and i was wondering what work best with pinterest traffic, a blog type website or a photo gallery type website?. Im debating if use a high ctr theme adding a few posts 200-400 word article with some picture and adsense ads or it'll be better to make a gallery type site since the majority of pinterest user likes to see photo.

I think the first option will be better cause ads will have higher CPC due to rich keywords content and safer, and on the other side, it might get bored the visito as those ppl only like to see pictures... and more pictures, no reading i guess.

Gotta be careful if you're going to do a photo gallery. You might get banned from adsense

As @erickishere stated, if you do a photo gallery you may get banned. AdSense hates photos only. Especially photos that you don't owe. I'd go with blog and unique, high quality content. Also, your niche (Fashion) may have way too much competition, but after you get some followers, i think that it will work.
You are right. The first option is better. Do you use Wordpress and what theme if it's not a secret?

you should have photos + content on your site.
you don't need full articles but at least have some text to go along with your photos.
and make sure the photo people click on pinterest is actually on your site.

you need to keep them happy or else they will report you, which leads to your site getting blocked forever.
