I use Carbonate theme from moneylab. Its superfast but you need to know a little about html since the theme doesn't have any support.

As a WordPress expert most of the cases I build custom themes. So that there is no more unnecessary coding and functionality. Besides that, I also use the Astra theme (free version) with the Elementor Page builder.
